im sad to see the bad reviews about this company, and judging from the company's responses they are unwarranted. This is a great company to do business with on a rent to own arrangement. you dont wanna deal with them? pay for your building with cash then. these guys ARE NOT in the business to sell buildings, so why would then even consider repossessing? they only do this when necessary as a last option. they are in the business to provide loans for those unable to secure the building otherwise. They wanna see you succeed because when you do , they do as well. I had no problems dealing with this company and even in my hard times they worked with me so that i may not lose my building. Today i managed to make an early pay out and the representative helping me was named Sabrina. Thank you Sabrina. you are very kind and courteous and answered all my questions. I am going to be buying another building and I will be requesting that this company carries my note. I would not want to deal with anyone else. Ive never dealt with a rude representative here. but I do think when people are frustrated because they cant make payments, that they misconstrue the conversation, for that reason I dont blame either party. but listen folks. Take it from someone who successfully completed a contract with this company, if it wasnt for them i wouldnt own a beautiful building. Thank you Gold Capital!! Ill see you again soon.!!!

Nice company at first and then Completely rude when almost paid off because they do t want you to pay off. They want to repo so they can resell. They don’t care your circumstances being a 100% disabled veteran or deaths in immediate family, nothing. We bought a repoed building. Every so often we receive a letter stating our building is out for repossession. I call and speak to the same female and she always say we are 187 days late. Today I told her no ma’am we are not and she yelled at me and said I was 187 days late and had made my last payment on Oct 3. Well even that is only 87 days not 187. She said the building isn’t ours until the last payment is made. I asked what the payoff was and she said $800 with late fees. I told her I could pay half today and would owe $400 on our $14000 building. She said no, I would need to pay the entire pay off amount or a driver would come and repo the building. I said so it’s true your company makes an extra effort to repo buildings that are almost paid off in order to resell them for bigger profits and she said like I told you that building doesn’t belong to you until you pay the remaining $800 and no less amount.Gold Capital, LLC

Hi Allison, we record every call and so I pulled the call and listened to the conversation. The CSR was not rude at all and explained she has been trying to contact you several times with phone calls and letters. The accusation of picking up buildings that are almost paid off and reselling for a profit is not true at all. We are a Rent-to-Own company and can't hold accounts with payments being 3 months past due. CSR gave you her extension for payment once you can make the payment. As long as the driver is not on location, we can cancel repo when account is caught up. Thank you.Review fromSaffenie O

They’re scammers and very unprofessional! Avoid this business 100%. They don’t contact you or return your call until they had enough time to tack on so many fees leaving you in shambles.Gold Capital, LLC
