      These people will book gas at a certain price, then they take forever to deliver, then I'd there a increase in price they want you to pay it ,when you already booked and pay for it. Do not do business with these people ,they are Crooks and liars!!!

      Same complaints that are listed. They bought out a local GOOD COMPANY and turned it into trash. Can't reach a human being anymore. I keep getting a bill from them about a gas tank that they picked up years ago. I'm tired of their stupidity!!!! They need to be run out of business.

      You people need to pay someone to answer your phones. I've called your number 4 TIMES! Left a message every time. Haven't talked to a person yet. You've charged my credit card 2 TIMES for the same service. Correct this now. I'm going to leave BAD reviews wherever your business name allows it. Sheesh people!

      Payed for Gas up front and waited for a company that would never show. We was told on 2 different occasions what day they would be delivering, After taking off work both times to be there because they said we had to be there. Trying to get a refund now. By the way ****** came the next day. I wish it was possible on here to give no stars.

      This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I wanted to have a back-up heat so I wouldn't freeze if we had a bad winter. And boy did we ever have a bad storm this year. I went to Lowe's and bought a propane heater just so I wouldn't freeze. I ordered the tank and propane about 3 years ago. When they came an put the tank in and filled with gas it leaked. They came out and put a lock on it.They said watch it and see if I smelled any propane again. I didn't, so I tried to call them but mostly no answer and I left voicemails. I finally got someone and they said they would come fix it but they never showed up. I have never used the gas in it!! And they also owe me for the gas I paid for in advance. And for the guy I paid to put the line inside my house for the heater I bought and have never used because there is a lock on the tank! And they keep sending me a bill for the rent on the tank, which I paid a few times. You can't get them to answer the phone. I have no choice but to file a claim. There are also 2 other people in my town that have had the some problem.

      Have paid for my gas, & have called to get my tank filled, THAT WAS A MONTH AGO!!! Can never get anyone on the phone, have left voicemail after voicemail!

      This is the worst company to get in touch with. You can never get through when you call them. My daughter has been trying to get her tank picked up since January 2022 and now she is getting past due bills. She talked with a lady at the Ider location today and was told she could not help her and she needed to pay the bill. When you call the 800 number you get no answer and no one calls you back. You should not have to pay tank rent when they were told to pick tank up. My mom and I are customers now but not for long. Poor customer service!

      It would be zero stars if possible. First of all when I cancelled 2 years ago because I moved, I got charged for an empty tank and a pump out. When I asked how that was possible (it’s either empty or it’s not), I got a rude response and an I don’t care attitude. The person could not understand the logistics of you can’t pump out an empty tank, so why am I getting double charged? Today, 2 years later, I’m getting a bill for an account that I haven’t had for this period….over $400. Again, no answer, no call back, no response. I’m getting billed at an address that isn’t even in their coverage area. This whole company is either, incompetent, stupid, or willfully being criminal. I would recommend not ever dealing with this business.

      On August 8th I finally got thru to UPG to order a fill up. Spoke with Michelle and was quoted gas price for 2.60$ a gallon. Michelle took my credit card info and I thought that was it. Gas delivered 10 days later, and my bill was for gas @ 3.39$ a gallon. Called the next day and spoke with customer service. Thay said that was obviously an error in their computer system and they would call back. They never did. Spoke with customer service two more times and finally reached Michelle who took my original order. I told her that they overcharged me and that my credit card has yet to be billed. This was eight days after the delivery. She said she would take care of it. Later I noticed my credit card was billed for the incorrect amount at 3.39$ a gallon instead of the 2.60$ per gallon as agreed. Finally, I reported this issue with my Discover card and is currently under review. UPG sent a revised invoice for 2.79$ a gallon but they have already received payment from my Discover card for the incorrect amount. I will never do business with this company again. I would advise everyone to do the same. They have zero customer service, they change the price on you, and they want to blame their computers for their incompetence. If they do admit to a mistake, they hold the amount in a credit. Have a Htg./AC business for over 30 yrs. and have never seen a gas company operate like UPG does.
