    Beware of this company M & P Remodeling LLC. This was a large on suite bath remodel. Project management is nonexistent, and owner will not return calls, texts or emails. They present as professional and tell you one thing then the contract has something different. Was told the project would take 4 to 5 week and that they would not pull off my job until complete. Contract had 9-week completion date and was told that was just for their protection on weather or material delivery. Worked 1 week demolition then pull off for a week. Workers are not licensed electricians or plumbers but do that work and when questioned about quality they become aggressive toward you, the person paying for the work, expressing your concerns. They use the tag line "In God we Trust" but represent something completely different. Workers work maybe 5 hours a day for 4 days a week (they get Friday's off to work on their own projects). I have itemized records of their hours, date, number of workers and work done that day. They have no respect for your home leaving construction trash and food trash inside your house. They do not cover work they have completed and damage it while doing other work. They came to the last day of work on their contact (the 9th week) at which time I terminated the work before they did irreputable damage. I am a registered Professional Engineer and repaired their damage and finished what need to be done. I have video and photo documentation of what they were going to call finished and will gladly share those with anyone interested in seeing their work. Their rough in work was okay but finish work especially tiling is very poor. I highly recommend you steer clear of this company.
