    NOT RECEOMMENDED! You have a 50/50 chance of getting a good product. If you're like me and worked hard for your money I would not recommend purchasing from this company.
    I purchased 5 glass doors (via my Contractor & local supplier) 2-8' tall & 3-6' tall for my new build. The doors were installed in February 2023, I moved in September 2023. After getting settled I started cleaning the windows, 2 of the sets (the 8' ones) can't be cleaned enough to see my beautiful river view clearly - it looks like soap scum all over the glass but it is in between the panes, you can even see where the suction cups were used when they put the doors together. I went through the proper channels per ViWinTech's online warranty. I have been checking periodically to get the status of when this will be fixed. As of last week (2/14/25 - 2 years after installation!), I was told that the Company would provide new panes of glass, but I have to pay the labor to have them installed! WHAT?! This is clearly POOR craftsmanship, the problem is IN BETWEEN the panes of glass, the doors came this way! They want me to pay again to correct their faulty product?! I purchased all 5 sets at the same time, they were all installed by the same people, they were all cleaned by the same method, 3 sets of doors are good, 2 sets are not, yet the Company won't fix it. I wish I could attach a picture to show how bad the problem is. These are not inexpensive doors. The fact that this Company does not stand behind their product, their Warranty means nothing, & they are not willing to correct their faulty product shows poor customer service and shoddy craftsmanship. They apparently have no pride in their craft or product & even less concern for their customers. I can't imagine they will be able to stay in business once word gets out that this is the kind of product they put out and how they treat their customers who spend their hard earned money with them.

    I bought 10 of their best windows about ten years ago and have had problems with them ever since then. At least half of the seals have failed and they have been good about replacing them until now. I had another one fail recently and was charged for the replacement. I would not recommend their products to anyone! I also ask if they were a member of the BBB and they said yes they were. They lied about that because obviously they are not!
