Contacted MCR about diagnosing and resolving an electrical issue I was having with my truck. They said they could fix it for around $3700 with $1500 Upfront. I agreed and paid the $1500. There have been multiple times where he would not respond to me for weeks at a time, and when he would respond it was with an excuse of vacation or covid or this or that. I got my truck back 10 MONTHS after I dropped it off. As far as I can tell nothing was even worked on with the truck and when I asked him about it still dropping power he said it was probably the alternator. I don't know a whole lot about vehicles but I know enough to know when someone is trying to act like its not their problem anymore. It had the same issues it had when I dropped it off except I had to put a transmission in the vehicle and my front bumper is cracked now along with a bent in grill. This is absurd for a "Business" to do to a customer. Costing me around $4500-$5000 in repairs for a transmission rebuild, a front bumper, and a grill. In the pictures uploaded you will find all of this information along with no response from him since I have gotten the vehicle back.
