    Charging for trash pickup and not picking up trash. Trash collection day is on a Fri of each week. Most Holidays fall into n a long weekend so our trash collection s missed for that week. If road conditions are bad they still charge. For pickup. Sometimes they do not empty all trash bags from cans.

    On 01/10/2025 our roads were clear. This is a Friday which our trash is to be picked up. This was not just my trash but the hole days trash collection was not picked up. Yes our trash is billed for a month which if you break it down to four weeks can be broke down to a weekly. They missed everyone’s trash. Called them on Friday and they said the would pick it up one Saturday. They did not. I live on almost the end of the road and my trash is missed quite often. And it being on a Friday if I don’t get home before they close I have to wait till the following Monday. When that happens they have missed a week of trash for me again. There is approximately58000 residents in pike county and if you divide that by five that would give you an idea of how much money this company took in for non service.

    i am not the only one who is upset. This is not the first time that this has happened. 
    our garbage has been missed several times a year. We are forced to pay this bill or it wil be placed on our property takes.
