      I purchased a heat pump from eastern airflow in 2016. It is under warranty. On January 3, 2024, my heat pump stopped working. I got a hold of Seth who works for Justin T****, Seth came the next day and he replaced the fuse and they charge me $150. Two hours after Seth left the heat pump tore up again. He came the next day and supposedly put in a new part, and charged me $100, about an hour after he left the heat pump tore up again. I called Seth, and he said that he would be out the next day, he never did. After about two days of me calling and them not showing up Seth showed up and he said that he had to order a part. Every time I called the office, they told me that they were on their way, and they would be at my house after 3 o'clock. They would never show up and they would never call to let me know why they were not coming. On January 11, I got a text from Seth that said that the part was in and he would be here the next day which was on a Friday. I called the office the next day, Denise, who answers the phone, and always lies about them going to come out, she said that they were on their way. Once again, they never did show up and they never called to tell me that they were not coming.
      So then we got the snow, and now the snow has come and gone. But they have never shown up to put my part in that is under warranty. I talked to Justin Trout, on January 15, 2024, the owner, and this was the third time that I have spoken with him with text. He told me that they would be at my house On January 17th, Once again, they did not show and they never called. I received a phone call on January 22 from Denise who works in the office. She said they will be out there after 3 o'clock
      today to put in your new part. Once again, they did not show and that's the last that Thave heard from them Justin Trout's told me that I should use my emergency heat.
      My heat pump tore up on January 3, 2024 and it is January 25. I paid them $250
      and they have done nothing to fix my heat pump.

      I wish I could give 0 stars.
      First, I apologize for the bad English.
      Long story short, we started a solar panel install in Feb of 2023, and as of writing this at the end of Sept of 2023 the install is not complete. It was estimated to take 3-5 months, which was already very generous in the time allotted for them.
      It has been a nightmare of poor execution at the highest grade. With needing constant hounding them to get contractors out, poor workmanship that forced them to subcontract out and fix as it was an immediate risk that couldn't wait, failure to order parts in a timely fashion which you would think you would order right away knowing they would be needed for the project.
      I couldn't recommend enough to avoid this company, you can only expect poor quality of work, and even poorer communication. You have been warned.
