      After paying a deposit, which pays for the first service call, i was charged for 3 seperate service charges. One, they came for less than five mins and told me something needed changed(so i did that), next they came out to install a meter and ran tests ro make certain ny line would hold gas…THEY SAID IT WOULDNT! So, i had few men come by and we tested the line numerous times & nothing was wrong with the line at ALL! So, i called to tell them to come turn it on and what do u know it held pressure! Nothing was wrong with the line! I dont know if they are doing everyone like this. Lying about faulty line and pressure just to receive an added 50$ service fee! I begged a manager to drop one of the service calls! I explained that im on a fixed income and im a single woman trying to make ends meet, to which he said he had “discretion” to drop one 50$ seevice call, however he decided i should just to ahead and pay it even though there was nothing wrong with my line and nothing changed from the second and third time they came out! Shame on them! They are dirty!!!!!!!!! They say whatever they wish to add that service call onto your bill!. I hope Mr. H***** (that at tines was downright brash, rude, and unapologetic and was only concerned about how many 50$ service charges he could rack up!!!!
