May of 2023 I made down payment on a computer to run a routing table. l also provided Louisville Computer Repair with hardrives containing software and files needed to run the routinjg table. After not hearing back I reached out to the company and was informed that the person I was working with had left the company and they would get my computer soon. That was the last contact Ive had with anyone at Louisville Computer Repair. Ive called, I've left messages, Ive sent emails, with no response. Ive made several trips to their office but no one answers the door when I knock. The down payment was $249 which is not as important as the hardrives they have not returned. These hardrives contain software and 25 years of backup files for my business..

    Business Response

    Date: 12/11/2023

    Dear *** *****:

First and foremost, I sincerely apologize for inconvenience you experienced.  My name is ***** *********** I am the business owner, and I believe we spoke earlier in the year.  I encountered medical difficulties earlier this year, which limited my involvement in the business at the time.  Unfortunately, this was followed by major surgery in August which left me no choice but to temporarily close the business.

Thankfully, I am slowly getting back on my feet, and I will contact you by telephone in the next two weeks.

Most importantly, I want to ensure the hard drives are returned to you.  Secondly, we acquired a system for you to use with the routing table.  I reviewed the notes from the technician who last worked on this.  It appears the tech encountered difficulties in creating full clone from an older drive to a newer drive. I’d like to see what we can do to get this up and going for you.

I have you contact details and rest assured; I’ll be in touch to bring this matter to resolution.

Again, I sincerely apologize for inconvenience you experienced.

    Sincerely,

    ***** **********
