    On September 17, I purchased a pair of Mickey Mouse Slippers from happyfeet. I sent them all the documentation of this transaction and the money charged to my MasterCard debit card ending **** * through PayPal.

    Later that day, I made a new purchase of a second pair of Mickey Mouse Slippers. This time, I purchased them through ****** (my girlfriend loved the slippers I bought on happyfeet, but she needed them urgently, so I purchased them on ****** because I have a Prime subscription). This time, I paid with my Visa credit card ending in ***** I also sent to them proof of this purchase.

    Both times, the shipping address was *** ***** ****** ******* ******* **** ** **** *** ****** ** *********** 
    I have already received the pair of slippers I bought via ******. However, I have no news of the pair of slippers I bought on happyfeet website.

    I contacted them many times, and they never solved my problem. They did not recognize my purchase on their website, no matter the proof of purchase I sent them. They refused to send the pair of slippers I bought from them or to make a full refund.
