    I hired them to pick up my garbage on 12-8-2023 I paid them $64.50 for three months in advance they pick up my garbage once on 12-15-2023 that was the only time they pick up my garbage. I cancel my service with them on 12-29-2023 I have contact them several times through ******** ******** for a refund they told me they are working on refunds on 1-27-2024 I went to their address that was listed on the ******** **** **** ***** ******* **** ******* ******** ***** no reliable waste company there went to three different addresses that people told me none of them nobody there stop by Ashland police department said reliable waste was owned by mitch fetters I sent two letters to the address **** ***** ******* **** *** *** ***** ****** ******* ******** still no refund all I want is my money back my new address is 3*** ***** ***** ** ******* **** *****

    I have been with Reliable Waste Management for one year prior to recently paying them for trash service for 6/1/24 through 9/30/24, they promptly cashed my payment, but did not provide the service, my trashed piled up for 4+weeks, they do not answer calls, can not leave messages due to mailbox being full.
    I looked their Facebook page up n found hundreds of other customers experiencing the same neglect from them right now. Not only am I out the $78.00 I paid for no service from them.
    I now have to pay a new trash service and pay extra to pick up the mess of neglected service from Reliable Waste.

    They are supposed to pick up trash 1 time a week. It's been 7 and a half weeks and it has not been done. I've spoken with them on several occasions and every time they lie and say they are on there way and never show up. I've requested a refund so I can seek service elsewhere they will not respond

    I paid this company for an entire year of garbage pickup on 3/5/24 in the amount of $243.00. In the last 2 months they have picked up our garbage twice. Once they were 5 weeks late. They said they would be back on track to our regular pickup day which is weds. This coming weds,7/17, will be 3 weeks without garbage pickup. Now when we call no one answers and the voicemail is full. We have called numerous times before and told they are working on it and will be there that day and no one comes. There have been almost 90 comments on their ******** page from outraged customers. It’s getting ridiculous with the heat, flies, maggots and the smell.
    I just want the service that I have already paid them for or a refund. I basically paid $243 for 3 months of service because they’ve been here once since May

    We used this company for garbage pick up. I contacted them in the beginning of Dec. 2023. They picked up garbage once. That is when I paid them for 3mo. of service $64.50. Since they were being unreliable, I hired a new service and asked for a refund. They said they will do that. It has been 4mo. & I still don't have the refund. I've called multiple time & wrote a letter requesting refund but nothing has happened. I'm asking for a refund minus the cost of one pick up.

    I began trash service with the company the last week of November, and have paid on time every month. My trash has only been picked up a total of 6 times in 2 months (going on three). From reading the reviews and complaints on their Facebook business page this hasn’t just happened to me. Most of their customers are paying (even 3 months in advance) and blatantly not being provided with the services promised. I have asked the company to pick up my trash, being told they would, and never have. I have asked for my money back-not happening.

    We contacted Reliable waste management on Sat Dec 2nd. after our usual trash service provider had closed.(Reliable spoke with my husband on the phone) We agreed to begin service with his company. I sent a Facebook msg to him on December 4th 2023 to find out our acct number so that we could pay them. Reliable took our debit card payment of $21, then only picked our trash up twice for the entire month! We contacted them again by calling with no answer then sent msgs to find out why. Reliable would read our msgs and not respond. It appears that reliable did this to many other customers as well. Today on 1/13/24 there is an additional bill for Jan for $22.50! They missed 3 weeks of pick up for December so my husband sent notes to cancel our service so that we could find another provider. He was told that they would let the office know however they are still billing us for service that never happened! We would like a refund of the $22 and this account canceled. How can they charge us when they aren't even coming out here to pick up?
