Purchased through my contractor concrete. We had excess concrete bags unopened because we felt that contractors work was not up to our standards. So we no longer have contact with this contractor and wanted to return the 4 concrete bags. My wife drove to the store and the owners wife came out to the truck to verify that it was their product. After that she said that since we didn’t have the receipt that we would have to wait on her husband to approve. His wife was very rude and was laughing while she told my wife this. My wife immediately wrote a poor review about her experience. This was not the first time that this has happened to either myself or my wife. I called on my way home to speak to the owner about returning the unused concrete and spoke with another person first and explained that I don’t want to throw the bags away because I have no use for them. I would like a refund. He then went and got the owner and the owner said that he wasn’t giving us a refund because my wife gave his store a bad review. He then said you can just throw it away he didn’t care. I said are you really the owner and you will not even give a refund on a product that he knows was purchased from his store. He said again throw it away I said this is unbelievable and that I was getting off the phone. What kind of place doesn’t accept returns on a product that they have already said was purchased from their store. I also wrote a poor review.
