I went to Jordan’s Tinting window after the Intoxalock sales rep scheduled me for installation on May 28/2025. went to get an Intoxalock installed in my car, I was granted a $100 rebate by the manufacturer (per Intoxalock sales person). The installation was $130 Which is the max they are allowed to charge which I was willing to pay without any issue and then I was going to send the rebate to the manufacturer as that’s how rebates work. The person that installed the intoxilock (I think ***** was his name)over charged me $100 claiming I had to pay $230 plus tax instead of $130 Plus tax because I had a rebate. I tried to explain to him how rebates work and what I was told by the Intoxalock sales person but this man refused to hear what I had to say repeating that he didn’t care what I was told and that if I wanted my car I had to pay $230 plus tax. I paid not because he was right by any means but it was late and he was extremely rude and hostile. I decided to pay so I could go home. I will not let this go though, I was highly mistreated, disrespected and robed and that is not acceptable. Not because I made a mistake, got a DUI and put myself in this situation I would condone this type of treatment towards me or anyone. This guy also told me a lot of wrong information like I was going to restricted on when I could drive and where with the restricted drivers license when I asked why there was a gps installed which I clarify with the transportation cabinet and everything was false misleading information that he gave me causing extra stress and worries I didn’t need. I am social worker and yes I got convicted of a DUI but that doesn’t make me or anyone in a situation like this less valuable or respectful than the rest. I will continue my efforts to make it known that this is not ok. I hope to hear back from you.

    $13.80 tax

    $100 PO 87765326 for Intoxalock + 6.00 tax
