    We placed a deposit of $730 for a window and outside repair job. We wanted to cancel within 24 hours, and they claimed the money has already been spent. They said the window was already ordered, which is fine. However, the window only costs $417. They claimed the rest of the $310 had “already been spent”. When reviewing the quote, the remainder of the amount was all labor and materials. No labor was provided and no materials were used. Essentially, I’m just ordering a window. All they’ve done is come out for a free quote, and then come out 1 more time to color match our vinyl siding. All of which took no more than 10 minutes. We only live 2 miles away. So how has the remaining $310 of our deposit been spent? They were rude when I asked in person about it.
