    I was noticed of an apartment inspection of all of the units (including mine) and on the set date of 12/3/24 between the times of 8:30am-4:30pm, they never showed up to inspect my apartment which led to me getting 0 sleep before having to go to work for my night shift. There were several issues, firstly I think it is absolutely unacceptable to give us an 8 hour window which we have absolutely no idea when they will show up, somewhere between the times of 12-1pm i realized I needed to get some sleep and i called the Signature Rentals office to ask if i could get an ETA, if the inspection date could be moved, or if anything at all could be done to help my situation, the representative was dismissive of my issues and said he would call me back and let me know something... He did not. But i was able to move past that issue, my real concern is that of Signature Rentals giving us an 8 hour window for a mandatory inspection and then not even showing up and giving no word or explanation, what are people who work late shifts expected to do? I would rather not be woken up to random people barging into my apartment whilst I am trying to rest for my job. I think this is a very poor way to conduct business and hope this does not become a recurring issue.

    You won't find better people to rent from. Landlord's that genuinely care about the well being of their tenants. The only people I've rented from that take care of their tenant's. Maintenance fix anything you need them to and office is a pleasure to work with.

    I contacted them and was advised of a $100 deposit fee to hold the apartment In Richmond KY and they repeated multiple times to me if I authorized $100 hold fee. and after they processed the payment they charged my account $750

    The potential tenant called to inquire about a unit to rent. She was advised that we had a unit coming open. Our representative explained to the potential tenant that we could hold the unit for her with a deposit of $750. All of our deposits are $750. The potential tenant called the office yesterday to explain that she misunderstood the deposit amount and had called her bank to stop payment. I explained if the her bank was unable to stop the payment then Signature Rentals would issue a check in the amount of $750 to reimburse her. I explained all of this to the potential tenant and also spoke to her son over the phone and explained the same to him. I think there was a miscommunication and we are committed to providing excellent customer service and will work to resolve this issue. The tenant will receive a refund of this deposit if Signature Rentals receives it our bank account.
