    RE Complaint ********

    So, at first glance, I’m not really sure how to
    respond to this. The only thing in the complaint is that the customer attempted
    to upload documents, and is asking for a refund but does not explain any reason
    for the refund? As there are no “supporting documents” I’m a bit in the dark as
    to their thoughts.  

    I’m left to assume this is in response to the
    customers failed attempt to charge back the payment he made for services
    rendered 11/27/23, after I had given them a refund of follow-up services performed
    on 12/5/23 in good faith to resolve this issue. I’m including the merchant
    service letter we submitted outlining our stance, supporting documentation from
    the merchant service letter that includes the invoices and receipts, and response
    to the google review they left outlining the history of events of the repair
    and what we have done. As the laptop they brought in for repair was serviced professionally
    and returned in a working state, I’m not sure why I keep getting negative reviews
    and complaints from this customer, in my opinion the matter has been settled with
    the refund issued and their merchant services decision to not process the
    charge back.

    I’m not sure what else I can provide for the customer
    as I feel we have in good faith rendered our services to the best of our
    ability with professionalism and have attempted to make amends, however nothing
    short of going back in time seems to be a remedy.

    I am rejecting this response because:  I did not see any new information in the communications text from E-Systems.  The laptop continues to function without shutting down as it did each of the four times E-Systems attempted to fix it, and before Lexington Computer Clinic replaced the motherboard.  The laptop battery, which they said was the problem the fifth time I contacted them, is still in use and working properly.
