      We have not heard anything from Anderson Carpet in response to our complaint or previous messages left at the business or the owner's cell phone. 


      We are NOT satisfied with the lack of response from this business. 

       

      We continue to feel the business is avoiding this situation and it needs to be resolved. We are out over $6000 for the labor and product they installed that is apparently bad quality or installed improperly. No one else I've discussed the flooring with, other installers or friends that have had Luxury Vinyl from other companies, have had these issues of the floors ripping, tearing and peeling apart. 

       

      I did not see a way to answer the questions included in the previous message from BBB other than to email this address.

      **** to send pictures. Pictures sent 9/27/2022. Floors are lifting in the hallway, kitchen, living room - obvious pieces breaking apart. Kitchen dining furniture is being damaged from catching on the broken floor.

      September/October 2022 - Frequent calls to ********** flooring and to **** ********** cell phone - Need a status on the floors. What is being done to resolve the problems? No answers, goes to voicemail. Called the store, left several messages. ****** went to the store in person 10/31. **** was not there. There was paperwork with ******** name with the complaint written. Worker taped it to the cash register, left message for **** to contact us.

      11/10 Still no word from Anderson flooring about the problems.

      At this point, we would like to request a full refund of the entire purchase amount, 6356.22 to have the flooring replaced.

      ********** flooring will NOT respond to calls, visits and messages.
