      We had such great service and support with our new roof from Alexis at Pinnacle. She helped us from start to finish, including helping us with insurance. The crew who did the install was great, too. The roof was done in a day and everything was cleaned up when they finished. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

      Alexis was fantastic! She worked with my insurance company Statefarm for months and months and didn’t give up!! I eventually got a full roof replacement from them. The crew was great, roof looks awesome! Cleaned up well too!
      I’ve recommended Pinnacle and Alexis to my family already and hope to refer them more in the future!

      Alexis was the most impressive and personable professional person I have ever met! Really the nicest person I have ever worked with. She was extremely informative- explained everything in detail anytime I asked anything. She went above and beyond in many ways. Including working with the insurance company and following up with a lot of perseverance. They tried to deny my roof at first and she overturned their decision with facts by the nuances she knows by her experience. Went above and beyond with managing the job, making sure everything was perfect. She even cleaned my skylights by herself! This type of service is unheard of. I will be recommending her and Pinnacle to all of my neighbors and friends.

      I was very impressed with the professionalism, timeliness and workmanship of the Pinnacle team. Roman was very helpful answering all my questions and assisting in the entire process from filing the insurance claim to selecting a shingle color. I highly recommend Pinnacle roofing.

      Alexis and Ian were very helpful during the lengthy insurance claim process. Once
      the claim was approved, we had a really nice roof within 6 days for the cost of our
      deductible. Couldn't be happier with the people and the roofing job from tearoff to
      cleanup and follow up performed by Pinnacle. They were outstanding!

      Very professional service with excellent results. Alexis M********** was responsive and timely throughout the process, beginning with explaining the roofing materials. Roofing crew was thorough and cleaned up afterward. I recommend Pinnacle Roofing.

      We highly recommend Pinnacle Roofing. Alexis was wonderful to work with and the crew was excellent! They did an amazing job installing our new roof (it looks SO nice!) and cleanup was very thorough as well. Alexis was extremely responsive and kept us updated throughout the entire process. We had a great experience with Pinnacle Roofing!

      We had some damage to our roof from a recent windstorm. After finding several shingles in our yard, we called Pinnacle Roofing to come assess the damage. They were quick to respond to our call, came out to check the roof, and fix the damage within days of our original call. They were a great company and we were impressed with their speed and responsiveness to our needs. Would highly recommend this company!

      Pinnacle Roofing company is a very reliable roofing company. I called them for an inspection after a storm, and they responded to my call in timely manner, and had the inspection done, gave their feedback, they were present when my insurance came to do their own inspection, they provided me guidance from start to
      end, once everything was done, my insurance paid and Pinnacle roofing did a great job replacing my roof with a golden pledge warranty. I strongly recommend Pinnacle roofing to everyone one having any roof works. I won't think twice calling Ryan again and again.
