    I hired this company to provide security for me for my events on July 1, 2023. The day before the event, they cancelled. I was told I would get a refund but have not. I have contacted them multiple times via email and via text and either don't get an answer or am told they'll process my refund but never do. I want an immediate refund of the $885 that was paid to this company for services THEY cancelled.

    BBB, 

    As discussed you can see the pending and refunded to ******** ******** screenshot from QuickBooks showing the disputed charge of $385.00. Until we either receive notice that it did not get refunded or any other direction we will not refund the money until this has cleared and we receive final notification of this conclusion.
