  The insurance company was slow to respond, so I reached out to High End Exteriors to help with the insurance process. Coty and her team did an amazing job throughout the entire process. Highly recommend this company to make sure the insurance company does their job in a timely manner. The roofing, siding, soffit, fascia, gable vents, pool deck rails, gutters, along with all damaged personal items, were all approved by the insurance. High End Exteriors was very persistent with keeping up with the insurance company and made the process easier.

  We were one of the houses that were recently affected by the tornado on April 2,2024. High End representative Debra Coty was the first to reach out and offer assistance in anything we needed. The helpful nature of Coty was why we decided to stick with them to take on all of the work that the destruction of the tornado left behind. They have been a blessing through this whole process. Making sure we are well informed from all the angles of the different jobs they had to take on from all the different types of damage. Roofing, fencing, windows, doors, and our carport. High End has not disappointed!! They advocate for you the customer both with their services and with the annoyances of insurance companies. There is no hidden MO and they are by the book. We will recommend High End to everyone that would need a competent company to work on their homes.

  This company is absolutely the best! They worked with me step by step on installing a new roof for my home. Coty and Ryan could not be more professional. From the very beginning call to assess the damage caused by storms, until the last nail was picked up from my yard, top notch customer service!! They kept me in the loop from all the dealings with my insurance and scheduled the work to get done fast. Before they could fit me in, I noticed a leak from my daughters bathroom. Coty was as kind to send to Ryan over and out tarp paper down until they could come back for the roof install. Before they had even gotten the go ahead to install from my insurance agent. I can’t say enough good about this company!! I will definitely be a life long customer with these folks for years to come!! Coty, Ryan keep up the stellar work and you folks will have unbridled success for years to come!!

  High End Exteriors & Restoration, did an outstanding job on our new roof, fascia and siding. We couldn't be more happier with their quick response to helping us insure our home was properly taken care of. They assisted us with tarping our roof, to make sure there was no further leaks. We appreciate Coty for her hard work working with our insurance carrier. If you need a reliable and personable contractor that will insure you home has been properly assessed and help with working with your insurance, we highly recommend using High End Exteriors.

  I approached Mr. S**** one day about possibly evaluating our roof due ti the bad weather we have here on this hillside. He was very polite and came the next day with Brian and Coty. The were very polite and explained all of the steps of what they were doing. They saw a significant amount of damage and shared the pics with us. This was in June. We finally got our roof in September. Mr. S**** and his company waited patiently due to area flooding and adjusters not available, etc...TO get approval for our roof. In that time we have gotten close to them. They are a wonderful group of experienced and knowledgeable people. They are a great team. On site Brian went above and beyond that day to make sure stuff went smooth. A million times over I would want them to do any of our work. It was a very easy and pleasant experience. They explained stuff and treated us as " construction equals" I can not say enough wonderful stuff about this company. Look no further you've found your team.
