    Evans’s house and structures performed repairs to three walls of my basement. During the repairs they crushed the top to my septic tank and will not answer or return my calls. The repairs have also not been completed to my satisfaction as stated in the contract. I’ve made numerous phone calls I’m hopes of satisfying this matter prior to contacting the BBB.

    Do not hire this company. You will have things around your house come up missing and they’ll deny it was anybody working for them. They will ask to be paid up front and say the job is finished when it’s not. Then they will give you the run around and say they are coming back but never will because they have already been paid. They will dump stuff on your property like foundation and throw Down cigarettes and trash.

    The business owner informed BBB that he was contracted to fix the center beam of the home and fix a sagging floor in the front room and bathroom.  The work was completed.  The consumer then asked the business to excavate approximately a 20' x 30' crawl space area.  The business did that.  Now, the consumer the consumer is complaining about a small amount of work, maybe 10-15 minutes worth.  The business owner suggested the consumer have the work inspected by the Building Inspector, which the consumer refused to do.  The business owner tried to discuss the matter with the consumer, but he received a call from the local sheriff's department instructing him not to call the consumer again.   Unable to pursue resolution further, the business considers the job complete and the matter closed.
