    On 8/3/22 I had a 3pm nail appointment, unfortunately I had gotten sick that morning and was unable to make the appointment and cancelled that morning at 1030 am, there policy was that any cancellations with more then a hour there would be no fees. The business charged me full price of 85 dollars because they did not see a call log of my phone number calling. I have tried calling and spoken with the store manager Mr. ****** and he is basically saying that he doesn't believe I called and there is nothing he will do to credit my money back. I find this very disturbing practice and I will also be disputing with my bank. I will be very thankful if I could receive any assistance with this matter.
