      Did my carpets still had the odor and stains, asked them to come back since odor was guaranteed, insists I was talking to him in a rude way which I wasn’t until he got rude with me. I simply asked after doing my carpets twice why there was still an odor and stains, he got very aggressive with me. Simply wanted him to come back to do my carpets like he said he would since it is guaranteed but he continued to hang up on me multiple times. This is the most unprofessional man I’ve ever come across. He says I think I’m better than him because of where I live?
