    They were hired to come and get my car in the middle of the night as a repossession. My car was pulled into the drive way at my home. They only have a drop hook towing truck. They dragged my car from the *** end of the vehicle putting a whole in my oil pan and when they put the tow lights on my vehicle they have scratched it all up. I filed a complaint with the *************** who is over *** Finance. They have got all my pictures of before and after the tow. There was no damage done to my car, I had to have it towed to *** because of the whole in the oil pan. *** wrote up a statement saying it was from how it was towed. The Resolutions department and Billy Bob recovery is not going to pay for the damages that they should pay for. I have several pictures of my car and they are refusing to do anything about it. I have asked for the owner to call me and he refuses to call me. I have gone a week without my vehicle now I have had to buy the oil pan and the oil and have *** fix it because they refuse to fix my car at all. They have bladed the tires from dragging my car as well. I take my car to *** faithfully and they know that there was no damages to my car. I drove my car to work the day before it got taken and there was no damages as I have plenty of witness willing to write statements. The picture with the man is it is my ******* who went with me to pick it up and you can see the damages. I have included pictures the next morning of my drive way and there was no oil where my car was parked. I called on friday 9/30 at 11:20 for the owner to call me and he has never responded to my phone call. The lady that was there the day I picked up my car said she would have them call nothing. I never signed the paper stateing I got my car back in the same condition.
