    On February 16,2024 i financed a car with a 2 year 24,000 mile warranty. On March 9th i had to take the car to get a new upper fuel pump under warranty. On April 16th i had to take the car back to get fixed again to which they had the car until May 7th. On the way home from picking up the car from the shop on May 7th the cars check engine light came back on. Due to Family health issues i was unable to get the car back into the shop until June 7th. In the month period i didn’t drive the car. After dropping the car off on June 7th i was told they had to replace the motor with a refurbished motor. i then did not get the car back until August 4th. What was supposed to be a refurbished motor has now blown and left me without a vehicle for the 4th time in a 9 month Period as of November 27th. i’ve been told that the warranty will not cover anything else. Upon further review of the warranty there has been no description of dollar amount only 2 years or 24,000 miles neither of which have been met. The seller has not acknowledged a problem with a motor that was approved and installed by them blowing after 3 months as an issue.

    The company states that it made every reasonable to assist the customer regarding the repairs that needed to be made to his vehicle.  The warranty covering the customer's vehicle is through another company.  The business reached out to the warranty company in an effort to assist the customer and the warranty company indicated the customer reached the limit the warranty company is willing to cover.  The business was not involved in the warranty company's decision to not cover further repairs.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    The business chose where the remanufactured motor came from and installed the motor for it to blow 2 months later. They diagnosed multiple issues and replaced multiple parts in their shop for nothing to be fixed.

    On July 15, 2024, I purchased a new camper from Bullitt County Auto and RV. There was a balance on my trade and the company agreed to payoff $15,846.00 as part of the sales agreement. Today is Sept 11, 2024, and the balance has still not been paid off. I have reached out multiple times to different individuals at the company and continue to get different answers on why they have not held up their end of the bargain. As a result, I am now making two different monthly payments (one for the new camper and one for the trade-in) and continue to carry insurance on the trade-in. It as been two months, which is not acceptable.

    I need the company to payoff the loan for the trade-in and also reimburse me for the monthly payments I have made on August 1 and Sept 10 as a result of their failure to do so.
