    I am rejecting this response because: I never smoked in the room period, I went outside and the cameras can be checked to see. I also would have asked for a room had it not been late when I noticed everything. Also, anyone can also read their reviews and see that is is an ongoing issue. There is a difference in smoking a cigarette and an incense. The no smoking cigarette sign is only stating no smoking cigarettes, nowhere is there a mention of incense. As I also stated I had stayed a couple weeks before and there were no issues. The lady at the desk was not only rude but she accused me of something I did not do. If I would have then I would not be saying anything however,, this isn't the case. Furthermore, I don't even allow smoking in my home, neither does my parents nor half of my family. I can never recall ever smoking in indoors period because I have always went outside.

    ***** ****meras there and she could have seen each time I left to go outside. There is a no smoking, however it doesn't state anything about candles or incense only smoking with a cigarette sign. I slept in the chair with my head on the desk because the bed was so stained. I am appalled at the professionalism and the treatment. I had rented a room a few weeks ago that wasn't in as bad of a shape. During that time I was burning a candle and nothing was said.

    To whom it may concern: We had a guest stay on March 17th and we are assuming it was this guest that complained. We have a no smoking policy and since she did in the room, we charged her our smoking fee. If the guest also spends the night in the room, we do not refund. If the guest was displeased with the room, they should of asked to be moved to a different room before they unpack and stay all night in the room. If the guest asked to be moved to a different room or decided to go elsewhere, we would not have charged the room fee. I know we can't please everyone, but it is our goal to do so.     I am rejecting this response because: Quality did refund the 70.00 to our credit card BUT 2 days later they took the 70.00 back from us. This is the kind of stuff they have played from the beginning.

    I went and refunded $70 to their master card. This is the difference amount between $227.94 and the $157.94; this being the amount they stated their bill should have been.
