    Scam I ordered a machine and they said it was delivered and all I got were a small pack of welding rods after going back and forth via messages which lacks follow up they tell me they didn’t send the machine because a handle was on back order and a short time later message me back that they see it was delivered . Don’t do it people avoid the head ache

    Terrible company. Has absolutely no costomer service, does not answer calls or return messages, only communication is through there support email and i sure it is not a real person, only provides general responses. Have waited 6 weeks on my order and only reply i get is to wait 2 more weeks. You cannot leave a review directly on there website. Most reviews avalibke throught there website are paid promotions. Save your money and headache and go with someone else. With communication this bad i hope that if my order does eventually arive that nothing is wrong with it, i can only imagine with the trouble im having just finding out where my order is that any warranty will be pointless.

    I purchased an ACDC TIG machine a few weeks ago. The machine works fine on steel, however it will not work on aluminum. I have contacted the company via email (they have a phone number but no one ever answers or calls you back) and they have told me to send pictures of the welds and their engineers would get back to me. I've sent photos along with the settings used (I've tried every combination of parameters I can possibly think of.) I've gotten no response. I purchased from this company because of a 5 year warranty, however I now see that the warranty is useless. I wish I had read some of these reviews before purchasing from this company.
