      Took my full payment for an instock trailer and then never delivered it. Now we are headed to court. Buyer Beware!!!!

      If I could give 0 starts I would! I have the absolute worst experience with my salesman (John P******)! When I first inquired about the trailer I wanted he was “Johnny on the spot”., but let me tell you once that wire transfer hit for half the amount of the trailer he completely fell off.. if this is the kind of people gatormade trailers hires then I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND A GOOD PRAYER REQUEST AND A DIAMOND C TRAILER” not only on top of the absolute horrendous salesman I was given I actually reached out to the main office to have someone else contact me on my 40k trailer. Wasn’t 5 minutes later my atrocious salesman attempted to contact me after specifically asking to talk to ANYONE ELSE! Then on top of all that he reached out to me (John P******) and wanted to belittle me and be a smart a**… if this is the kind of trash you want to do business with then that’s on you. Would highly recommend a road rat trailer for three rusty penny’s and a **** ****** before these mule behinds!

      I would strongly suggest to anyone, DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS "COMPANY". The WORST WORKMANSHIP I've seen in my life! (62yrs) They advertise "built tough, superb workmanship, product durability and integrity" - ALL LIES!! I purchased a 35ft flatbed trailer for 20K on 6/20/22, made special for me, once I gave them a 2K down payment on 6/8/22. 8/23/22 - claim #1 - 1 weld completely failed. Brandon in his reply to the claim, had the audacity of implying misrepresentation or abuse! After further examination, multiple welds were found to be rusted. Brandon offered 50$ to repair - or drive 2hrs to bring the trailer to Somerset. 1/16/23 - claim #2, when using the turn signal - the flashers come on, no one knows which way we're going to turn. A loose wire was found inside the tool box that has no end. Brandon's reply was to check the plug and make sure it's wired correctly, or we can bring it in and they'll diagnose - again a 4 hour round trip, my son did take a full day, 1/20/23, traveling to Somerset, to have them "fix" it, they took care of the weld at that time as well. 1/30/23 claim #3, constant rattling in the brakes - now with a load in FL, no power to the brakes, brakes are trashed, short in the wires, broken springs, broken equalizer, axles have shifted, tires are worn. Brandon replies, to file a claim with Dexter - that's where they got the parts from! AGAIN GATOR MADE TAKES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR SHODDY WORKMANSHIP!! 2/2/23 I file a claim with Dexter, who agrees to cover the parts they provided to Gator Made. While the trailer is in the shop in FL, they notice a cracked weld on the main I-Beam under the gooseneck, part of the trailers structure. 2/9/23 claim #4 - this one Gator Made say's they'll cover!! 5 warranty claims filed within 7 months of buying this new/made for me trailer and $1500.00 out of pocket costs to repair!! Luckily my son didn't loose his life or take anyone else's while on the road. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!

      Gator made is full of crap , I paid $26000 for elite dual tandem trailer in June of 2022 , I didn’t start using until three months and the torque arms and bushing are gone, I was hearing a noise in the rear once I brung trailer back to Chicago, but everyone was saying it just needs to be broken in, but I u see that wasn’t the case!!! The trailer repair shop even said they haven’t seen a brand new trailer with these problems, So I reached out the GATORMADE WARRANTY DEPARTMENT AND SENT VERY CLEAR VIDEO AND AUDIO AND THEY BASICALLY SAID THEY DONT SEE ANY WRONG!!! SO I GUESS A BRAND NEW TRAILER IS SO SUPPOSE TO RATTLE AND MAKE LOAD NOISE WHEN YOU OPERATE IT , I advise to never do business with this company, over charged me and this the thanks I get ????????

      This 35ft. TRAILER that I purchased in January, has been WEARING tires out since the very 3rd load! Also I have repaired the SPRINGS underneath it twice, and TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE, the company in KENTUCKY wouldn't even call me back after leaving them SEVERAL MESSAGES. THIS HAS GOT TO BE 1 of the WORST INVESTMENT I have ever made!! THEY SEEMED like really nice PEOPLE until I tried to contact them about this RAGGEDY LEMON of a TRAILER they sold me. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!!????????

      Our trailer a 25 ft 16,000 lb ball hitch with big ramps is great except the supposed powder coating. Many places missed and peeling off, seems like light paint over rust. Would like to see how paint is applied. This has been kept inside most of time.
