Ultra Care(CCS) is the biggest scammer ever, they will find every way possible not to cover your claim. Save your money, the warranty isn’t worth it. They deserve a 0 star. Very poor customer service. I strongly recommend they update their coverage policy on structure/fabric/wood as no resolution was made to help current and future customers

There were several issues reported. The customer reported several stains (humidifier, nail polish, water etc) on the nightstand as well as multiple rips/tears on the bed frame. It was also reported that the bed structure was falling apart. Customer stated there was also decorative buttons/rhinestones coming off and causing damages. Our warranty does not cover the structure or quality of the furniture. Per the warranty, accumulation of stains/damages is a non-coverage. The claim was processed according to the warranty coverages, exclusions, and guidelines. We always strive to provide the best customer care possible. However, our company must follow the warranty.

This is the biggest scam ever. We purchased a lounger for our RV. In one year we used it maybe 10 days. The specific incident was sitting on the couch and it started peeling. They said that was normal wear and tear? 10 days of use total is normal wear and tear? Do not waste your money on this company. They are a bunch of scam artists.

The customer reported peeling on both backrests, both seats and at least one arm of the pull out sofa. It was reported that nothing specifically happened to cause this other than just sitting on it. Our warranty does not cover cracking/bubbling/peeling of leather at any time for any reason. The system did return this claim as a non-coverage due to peeling and normal use. The normal use was only flagged due to the customer reporting that nothing happened other than sitting on the furniture, which the furniture is intended for. If we removed the normal use portion, it would still be a non-coverage due to peeling.

I purchased a warranty on my furniture from this company. Don’t waste your money because they won’t stand behind their policy. They say they will cover accidents, including pet accidents but they denied my claim. They said it was “extensive and accumulated damage”. That’s their loophole to get out of their warranty. Stay away from this company.

This customer has placed a few different claims. Customer did receive new parts on their 1st claim that was from pet damage. A new claim was placed in December 2024 for discoloration on all 3 back rests which the customer believed to be from quality of the leather. There was a scratch and stitching issue reported at the same time from the pet. The customer was told that discoloration is not a coverage with our warranty at any time but was being assisted with the other issues. Customer then wanted to add new damages to all the back rests and all 3 seats as well. At that time it was processed per the customers request and returned as a non-covered claim due to accumulated/extensive damages which at that point are considered to be preventable. There has been no communication with the customer since 12/19/24 when this matter was discussed.

Complete and total breach of warranty. We specifically got the warranty for coverage of pet damage and after our dog damaged multiple areas of the couch, Ultra Care (assumed name of Customer Care Services LLC.) refused to uphold the warranty due to "extensive and possibly accumulated" damage. They stated that since there are multiple areas of damage, the dog couldn't have been in multiple places at once to cause the damage. No where in the warranty does it mention refused coverage due to multiple areas of damage. I also referenced that the only mention of "accumulation" in the "What is not covered" section of the warranty refers to only the accumulation of damage in regards to repeated use, NOT from a particular incident, which this was. I also asked by what metric they used to determine "extensive" and received no response in regards to this. Finally I asked what exact clause, verbatim, under the "What is not covered" section they were referring to in denying my claim. Once more they refused to answer. This garbage company is a complete scam, pocketing your money with the full intent of not upholding their warranties.

Misrepresentation of warranty coverages. It was confirmed that pet damage was covered and punctures caused by pets to the furniture were covered.
I had a family dog over that caused several punctures on my furniture. Submitted photos, and they determined that since they could see wear and tear (a CONDITION that any product accumulates from day one) it would not qualify for warranty coverage.
As I'm sure everyone's furniture will get wear and tear over time as it's predominantly used for sitting on daily.
They used a phone call my wife made the previous year asking about how wear and tear would affect the warranty against us stating the couch was already damaged when it wasn't.
Be careful purchasing this warranty as they don't honor the warranty even after confirming that what happened was covered under the warranty.
The supervisor was aggressive, repeatedly interrupted me on multiple occasions and would speak over me. No resolution was made. Highly recommend avoiding this warranty company.

This customer has placed multiple claims for issues such as staples coming out and the material wearing excessively and creating holes. Our warranty does cover specific stains and damages, but does not cover wear, staples/hardware, or thinning of the material. The warranty is an accidental warranty and not a maintenance or manufacturing warranty. Although we offer many coverages there are exclusions and guidelines as with any warranty program.

This company is extremely shady. They wouldn't cover a tear in my furniture because I didn't witness it. When I called to question this, they were extremely unprofessional and acted like they had a second grade education. Do NOT purchase a plan through this company. As you can see they are awful to deal with and shouldn't be in business

The warranty is a specific accidental plan. Per the claim notes, the customer reported rips on 2 corners of the chaise but was not aware of any incident that occurred. The particular warranty that this customer has covers " Accidental rips, cuts, and tears from a specific incident". Prior to processing the claim, the representative did confirm the information with the customer to assure that it was being submitted exactly how the customer wanted. The claim was a non-coverage due to unknown damage as damages can occur from wear, use, misuse etc. We apologize for any inconvenience this caused.

They should get zero stars. Scammers at its finest. I bought a $3000 furniture set and decided to add this worthless( not knowing it was worthless at the time of purchase) warranty for $242, expecting cleaning and repairs to be made as needed, little did I know this company is full of hot air. They find every reason to deny a claim after they ask 101 questions on filing a claim. Do yourself a favor not to waste your time or money with this company. Any stores offering this service should stop immediately they are a disgrace

We apologize that you had a bad experience with your claim being processed. Our company strives to provide the best customer service possible. However, we also must follow all coverages, exclusions, and guidelines. The warranty does offer several great coverages if followed properly. Customer service must obtain all the claim information from the customer in order to assure we are processing the claim exactly how the customer wants it reported. The claim that was places on 10/21/24 reported several stains of unknown origin across a 3 piece sectional and ottoman. The warranty does offer services on specific stains but does not offer coverage on any stain or any accumulation of stains. Again, we truly apologize for your experience.

Don’t waste your money or time. Very poor customer service representation for a company that provides ambiguous contracts for warranty services. The “complete simplicity 5 year furniture protection” warranty lists “pet damage” as one of the items covered under the “what is covered” section, however I was told this only covers fabric and no structural damage. No place in this contract does it specify that no structural damages are covered and that only fabric is covered. The term “pet damage” seemingly refers to any damage caused by a pet, however I was told that is not the case. The customer service representatives were unable to provide a sound reasoning or point out where in the contract it explains the coverage of fabric versus structural damages. At the very least they need to revise their contracts to specify structural vs fabric, as this warranty was purchased with a very different understanding of what was covered. A very disappointing experience overall, and I will never purchase a warranty with Ultra Care again.

Although, we do understand the frustration of this situation, we must honor the guidelines of the warranty. The warranty is for the upholstery of the furniture as we can not guarantee the quality of the structure. Complete Simplicity is for the fabric or leather of the furniture in incidents that damage/stain the material. Per the warranty, anything not specifically listed as a coverage is a non-coverage. We apologize for any misunderstanding there may have been.

Save your money for they will find a reason to not cover. They stall and request more and more photos, then tell you the damage is not feom a specific incident. Going as far as saying "anyone with common sense" can tell this is extensive damage OVER TIME when I told them I can provide TIME STAMPED photos which cannot be altered, with intact cushions. Also told me with one of my pics that I am "hiding" damage. I am honest and there is absolutely nothing hid in the picture. Poor, poor customer service that will not cover. The warranty is sold with much falsification.

Do not purchase a warranty for your Furniture from Ulta Care. They will find every way possible to not cover anything that goes wrong with your furniture. The customer care person was ignorant, had no knowledge of what I was actually talking about even though we had a technician from their company come and tell us our furniture was broke, and everything would be covered. They came back and said that he said it was not broke and would not be covered. They are liars.

      Ultra Care

The customer placed a claim with us in January 2024. Our company sent a professional technician to diagnose the issue. The technician reported back that the issue with the sofa & loveseat was a spring/core issue. The warranty agreement with Ultra Care does cover reclining motors/mechanisms but does not at any time cover the springs or cores of the furniture. At the time the report was received, the representative called the Mrs. to discuss the findings. The representative had to leave a voicemail which was detailed. However, the Mrs. did not return the call for 2 months. At the time the customer called, the representative shared the technician report with her. No warranty covers everything. All coverages and exclusions can be found on the warranty agreement which the customer received at purchase.
