    I scheduled an appointment for late afternoon for a service. My dad has dementia and sleeps late. They contacted me the day before and wanted to come early morning. That wasn't acceptable so they made a later appointment. They called again to affirm it. Nobody showed up. I'm very disappointed. My time is valuable because I try to set things up in advance so I can maximize my time without interfering with my dad's needs. I'm just discussed with this company who knew what I was dealing with and didn't do what they were telling me.
