    I contracted with Premier Builders on August 20, 2021 to install a fence at my home in Ashland, KY. I paid $14,788 for the materials and Premier Builders said the order would be delivered in 3 weeks. However, delays occurred and the materials did not become available to Premier Builders until Jan 13, 2022. At that point, the owner ***** ****** said he would have the materials delivered to his shop (Jan 20). After not hearing back, I contacted him:
    * Feb 18 - "I'll call today and find out delivery date"
    * Feb 26 - "I'll get with you this week and let's make a plan for a start date"
    * Mar 25 - "I'll call you Monday (Mar 28) with a start date"
    * Mar 28 - (start date) - "I think so, waiting on a call back, will call you"
    * Mar 29 - no returned text
    * Mar 30 - "I got sick... as soon as I feel better"
    * Apr 6 - "Next week looks good, so I'll get you a start date"
    * Apr 20 - no returned text
    * Apr 21 - no returned text.
    I call his CFO since ***** is refusing to contact me, I am seeking legal action. ***** calls back within 2 hours and says had been in a bad cell area (for a month?).
    * May 9 - shows up at my house - first time since Aug (9 months ago)
    * says back yard is too steep for fence ordered, needs to change poles
    * May 10 - "should know by tomorrow"
    * May 16 - "waiting on fence prices"
    * May 23 - no returned text
    * Jun 2 - after 8 more days of no communication - I place a call - he sends me prices (took 3 weeks)
    * Jun 15 - no communication for 2 weeks - I call - "my guys have Covid"
    * Jun 21 - after another week of no communication - he says guys will be there soon
    * Jun 23 - 2 guys work for 3 hours set 4 posts
    * Jun 27 - said one of their workers died - will be back soon
    * Jul 6 - no communication for 9 days - call and leave message of seeking legal action
    * Jul 7 - "my guys will be there today, sorry for delay"
    Workers build concrete forms July 12-13, nothing since. In 25 days, it will be 1 YEAR since I gave him $14,788 and I never seen evidence he has my fence.
