    Chuck's Express committed to moving my 1500 square foot apartment.

    He did not prepare adequately for the move. He did not have enough competent people to do the move. In the process of moving my things, many valuable items were damaged. They were not blanket wrapped properly. I have contacted Chuck several times about how to handle this & he has not responded to any of my communications. I do have a record of communications that he never responded to as well as call logs.

    I have the cancelled checks as proof. He refused to give me an accounting or invoice for the move. I have a witness that will verify this. He also complained about not be able to hire enough good people, forcing his people to work over 12 hour days consecutively.

    I am including a few photos of the damages. I have many more, but cannot include all of them due to the limit placed on uploading files.

    I would be happy to send more.
