    They don’t deserve one star! Totally unprofessional and obvious scam artists. I gave them a $1150.00 deposit and a$50 application fee. I was then told that the girl that does the contracts was on vacation and would be back on Monday. After not hearing anything from them Monday and all day Tuesday, I went to the office where I found the doors locked. I called Jessica, the property manager, and asked about the lease again. She said that she would let Ashley know and it should be ready Wednesday afternoon. Never heard back on Wednesday so I drove back to the office Thursday afternoon to be told by Ashley that I would not get the contract until the week of move-in. I told her that unacceptable because I should know what the contract say. She reluctantly gave it to me and I asked her to have Jessica call me as I had some questions. I drove back to the office to ask Jessica questions about the lease. She was angry and totally disrespectful. She said that they don’t do leases until move in and that she wouldn’t sign it until my move-in date. I told her that I’ve never waited to sign a lease . She grabs the contract out of my hand and tore it up and said that she was not moving forward with me. She cut me a check and kept $100 of my money! This place is a joke and thieves. I read some reviews… they do not score well and the main complaints were management and not taking care of their properties.
