      owners of my apartment as well as the gas company. promised to fix issues in apartment and never came. then proceeded to put a lock on my gas tank while still charging me. Do not recommend. want any penny they can get from people

      ** *****r moved into the apartment on or about May 1, 2023. At that time, she paid a $250.00 deposit for her gas bill. I have attached a copy of the bills and her payment history from the time she moved in until she was evicted. As you can see from the time of her deposit until her eviction, she made exactly -0- payments towards her gas bill.  She was left phone messages on 9/28/23 and 10/18/23 and was sent a lock off letter due to non-payment on 12/26/23. Her gas was then locked off on 12/27/23.  

      In response to her claim concerning the work she was promised, we did promise to blow out an AC line and repair a front doorknob. Those were both completed on 9/14/23. The only other work is repair of a microwave handle which admittedly we did not get to. The microwave worked it was mainly a cosmetic fix.

      Our resolution is to apply her deposit to her outstanding gas bill of $348.71 leaving a balance of $98.71 which we will begrudgingly write off as bad debt. I have attached the signed agreement for this account as well.

      Hopefully this settles the complaint, and we look forward to it being closed as satisfactory.
