    I dropped my vehicle off on August 15, 2023. I was told they would get me a quote to fix it within two weeks.

    Weeks and months go by. I called every week asking if they had heard anything or knew anything and they always promised “we will look at it by the end of the week”.

    Fast forward to January 16, 2024. I go to Cozine’s auto repair shop to get things out of my vehicle with my sister and my truck has been sitting in the same spot as when I had left it there. There was nothing off of it besides the passenger side inner fender panel.

    I call the shop on January 18, 2024 telling Renee that Chris (the owner) needed to put my vehicle back together since it’s been sitting and that I was coming to get it on Monday, January 22, 2024. I told Renee that they did not have authorization to continue taking parts off of it and that they needed to put things together. The only thing off of it was the passenger side inner fender.

    On Monday, I came back to the shop with my Dad and it was inside of the garage with the motor tore apart. Brian, a technician, said that he was told on Friday to bring it inside the shop and to tear it down. We waited over 3 hours for them to make matters worse!

    Not only do I now have to pay for a cam shaft and rollers, but NOW I ALSO have to fix a cylinder 4 misfire, an air / fuel ratio leak, they overfilled my antifreeze, and gave ZERO breakdown of hours and why they were charging that insane amount.

    They are unprofessional, rude, and need to be investigated for wrongful transactions and ripping people off when they didn’t even work on my vehicle!
