    I called two weeks ago. I gave my military insurance over the phone when making the appointment.
    I arrive 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork. I turn in my paperwork. I sit back down. I hear the receptionist on the phone trying to get authorization for someone's insurance. I thought....surely that's not about me. As I have worked in multiple doctor's office's and know that it can take quite awhile to get authorization. I walk up to her. Clarify that my appt was 10 minutes passed (now been there for 25 minutes). She said yes, your appt is for 9. I then ask if she is on the phone trying to get through to MY insurance for authorization. She said, "Yes." WHAT?!!! I said, so that's why I am still sitting out here waiting? Again, she said, "Yes." I said, "I gave you that information when I made the appt. That should have already been done (She had 2 weeks to get the authorization! Had she had a problem, all she had to do was pick up the phone and call me. I would have given her the ins ph number)." She said she had tried, but basically, didn't finish doing her job.
    Sat back down. I waited 10 more minutes. Heard her still on the phone. At this point, I'm done! It was 20 minutes after my appt time (35 min total) because authorization was not done BEFORE my appointment. I walked up, said I was done (waiting). Got my paperwork that was sitting there. A dentist was standing there. He looked at me, but did not bother to ask me what was going on. So I turned around and left. That told me everything I needed to know about this office and its staff.
    Do not waste your time here, unless you like waiting around on incompetent staff.
