      I spent over $10,000 on automotive work at this business during the summer of 2024. I called in multiple times each time I got my vehicle back, as I had to return it for various reasons, all resulting from insufficient work. They had my truck in the shop for over a month at one point, and the manager reached out to apologize, acknowledging that I had been very patient with them.

      I’ve had turbos replaced and axles replaced, and I called several times after I received the vehicle back last time because it was still not operating as it should. This weekend, I had to have my vehicle towed home due to both turbos failing again. I have called and requested a refund for the inadequate work done. They offered to give me replacement parts, but I am not looking to replace these parts myself.

      I have already lost time and money having this truck in the shop, and I feel that something more needs to be done to rectify the situation. Furthermore, the fact that I have to call multiple times before ever receiving a callback is indicative of poor business practices.

      I have been in contact with the customer ***** *******, and as he stated in the initial complaint we did have this vehicle in on 6 separate occasions dating from 5.8.24 to 12.13.24 with warranty work being one successful ticket. after discuss with ***** he did not want us to do the warranty repairs a second time, during our conversation we ultimately agreed on the parts failure being the primary issue with the turbo job and with the axles still having ongoing issues due to front end geometry of the truck, which after discussing with ***** we have come to the conclusion that was a previous issue caused by a separate shop prior to us installing axles.  we agreed on a full parts refund, the refund was collected on 4.28.25 and we once again apologized for the parts failure and time down for repairs. I ensured the issue was resolved during our interaction, ended the conversation with a handshake and mutual resolution.
