    Dear Better Business Bureau,

    I am writing to file a complaint against Burcor Fencing regarding a concerning matter that urgently requires resolution. Approximately 5 years ago, the company installed a fence for me, but lately, I've been noticing that it is coming apart. Specifically, there is now a 6-inch gap on one corner, which I believe is a result of an incorrect installation.

    I am deeply concerned that if this issue is not addressed soon, the entire fence will collapse, leading to a much larger problem. As a homeowner, I take pride in maintaining my property, and I trusted Burcor to provide me with a reliable and sturdy fence. Unfortunately, their work has fallen short of my expectations, and I am now left with a fence that is not only unsightly but also poses a significant safety risk.

    Despite my best efforts to contact the company, I have not received any response over the past 6 weeks. I have left several voicemails, sent emails to the address on their website, and even reached out to the email address I used to communicate with them initially. However, all my attempts to reach them have been in vain.

    I am hopeful that by bringing this matter to your attention, Burcor will take swift action to rectify the situation. I am seeking a prompt resolution to this issue, and I am open to discussing options for repair or replacement of the fence. I appreciate your assistance in this matter and look forward to a favorable outcome.
