    I ordered the below product and got the other. In my opinion, they are not the same. Do I expect them to be the exact same, no! But to spend $76 (with delivery) and get this is not good. I called with my concern. She said she’d look at picture and get back with me. After serval hours, nothing. I called back same day, because let’s be honest flowers are fleeting, she said she hadn’t even looked at it yet and she get to it over the weekend. I called back today, Monday. She explained she left me an email, which I didn’t see and I gave her the benefit of the doubt. After trying to explain to her I wasn’t happy she got defensive and started cutting me off. I told her I wanted resolution to this situation and she offered nothing. I told her a bad review was coming. She offered nothing. She also hung up on me twice and told me I was threatening her!!!! WHAT?!? What else am I to do??????

    As can be seen in the pictures, the flowers were fresh and were upgraded from daisy mums to yellow roses and yellow gerbera daises.  The arrangement is a dog made out of carnations.  The sender choose the A-dog-able arrangement from our web-site.  As I responded to **** ***** ******* email, after I was able to collect all the information from the designer and driver the following morning, I apologized that she didn't like the dog arrangement.  I told her that the flowers all look good and fresh and I didn't see any reason why a refund should be issued.
