      On 9/7/2022 - Overflow Plumbing's ***** *. came to our home to address warranty replacement work on our Goodman furnace. After a few hours, ***** stated that the parts which were installed were defective and that he had to go to another jobsite for an appointment. ***** stated that he would make a note of it, contact the ******, have the ****** order replacement parts, and then reschedule another date for the completion of the warranty repair parts. This has not occurred. 9/14/2022 - email Overflow's ****** ***** (email sent to ******@****************.com which was the email which ****** had used prior to the stated attempt of warranty repair). No response received. 9/22/2022 - email Overflow's ****** ***** again. No response received by email or phone. 9/26/2022 - contacted a third party in an attempt to gain a response/new target date from Overflow in order to complete the warranty repair work. No response. 9/30/2022 - email Overflow's ****** ***** again, stating that since our furnace had been working prior to Overflow's visit, combined with my ****** voicing displeasure of the house being cold today, and since we had not had a response, we were now going to escalate. 9/30/2022 - contact BBB in order to have our warranty repair work completed, and our furnace being brought back up to being fully operational.

      Hello - We emailed the BBB last week regarding an issue that we were having with Overflow (incident number ********). We would like to report that Overflow took action the following day to replace the defective items that they had previously installed related to warranty work. We would like to thank BBB for being there for us, to help us resolve. Thank you again.
