    I placed an order for a graveside wreath to be delivered to the gravesite as it was a graveside service. The lady was very nice and assured me it would be lovely.
    The wreath was not delivered as requested. I called this business to request a refund only to be told it was delivered to the Funeral Home. The lady was defensive and unprofessional and refused to give me a refund.

    The business was told by the director of the funeral home, not to deliver the flowers to the cemetery. The family of the deceased requested the flowers be picked up at the funeral home, and she did.

    I am rejecting this response because: This is a horrible way to do business.  Never again.

    I did not order the flowers from the funeral home, I ordered from Collins with specific instructions to deliver graveside.  Why would I order $100 worth of flowers to be sat at a funeral home and never seen.  There is absolutely no logic in that.  Pathetic
