      Place has the best pricing but not the best customer service. They get the sell and everything else is not a BIG DEAL. Had a few issues with my home that they never fixed or made some kind of excuse like, O they are all like that. Most things that they did ‘try to fix’ would be left in worst shape then they was before hand. I have damage to facia metal and drip edge that they never even attempted to fix. I have a block under my home the corner is busted, that they have yet to fix. Basically everything that has been fixed in my home I have had to fix myself. We have been in our home for 1 year. I finally just called *******’s homes office and they have sent a contractor out to take care of my issues. Wish I had done that in the first place instead of putting my trust in blue ridge homes. It would had saved me a huge headache and not to mention my sick/vacation days. I probably took a total of 2 weeks off for them to come fix things that never really got fixed by them. So just beware if you buy from blue ridge homes and have any issues just call *******’s homes office or the office of the manufacturer of your home to save yourself time and headache.
