      Patient AIDS delivered to faulty portable oxygen concentrators, leaving me without oxygen at a birthday party and birthday dinner. They're to deliver a 3rd unit in a week span, today I cannot leave the house bc my oxygen drops below 80. This is a very dangerous situation for me. Please contact Patient AIDS regarding this situation. The customer service is nice and friendly. However, I need a trustworthy portable oxygen concentrator to go to a doctor appointment. Feeling frustrated.

      I had a different oxygen delivery person other than my regular guy today and this guy didn’t call first. When he got here, it took me a minute get out of bed and walked to the door and then when I saw was him I had to put two dogs away. So he was just putting the of 10 tanks on my porch when I opened the storm door to let him in. I think he was getting ready to leave, but I don’t know that for sure. A proceeded to check every single oxygen empty that I had and he said they all had oxygen left in them and he was not goingto take them. I told him they did not have enough oxygen for me to get in my car and go where to the doctor Because I can’t change it in the car. It was just crazy. Anyway, he said he wasn’t going to take them and I told him yes he because I was going to call his work if he didn’t. He said OK I said are you going to take them and he said yes I’ll beright back then he proceeded to get his truck and leave without taking anything. I had to call a family member to get the oxygen in the house and the empties outside because I had nowhere else to put them. I Patient Aids. And they said they could get it next week and I told him I need to get it gone cause I have nowhere to put them andso somebody is supposed to be here at 5 o’clock. I’ll believe it when I see it. I’m 77 years old and I don’t feellike I have to deal with an arrogant *** person when they come in With an attitude. He upset me so bad that I just can’t settle down. My daughter is taking care of me. My son put the empty tanks outside, so I don’t have to answer the door when they come back at 5 o’clock

      Extremely poor customer service. Cannot contact their office. Tried two different offices tired of waiting on hold
