  They did ok, I guess. My problem is the finance. I get the billing statement 3-4-5 days before its due. Really !!! The last one was 3 Flippin days before due date.

  I have been building and contracting homes for 25 years. I have never ran across a company that tries to scam people like this company does. They said HVAC was leaking carbon monoxide and needed to be replaced. High pressure sales then dropped price significantly when they saw my son wasn't biting at their ********. 2 other companies came in for inspections after and no issues. This outfit is straight up scaming people. They will respond w some blah blah blah crap " we are sorry and try to fix internal issues" that is for them to try and look good. They are set up to scam people based on some of these other reviews and the experience. 12 thousand dollar scam job. Nice try *****

  If I could rate Jolly with 0 stars, I would.
  My main sewer line began clogging. Someone suggested I hire Jolly plumbing. (Feb 2022) Jolly sends out beginner level plumbers to auger. Then they make you sign saying you're "happy with the service" without showing you a video or proof that they fixed anything. The camera costs extra. I bought a spot repair and then a hydro pump from Jolly. The spot repair fixed a 5' section of sewer in my front yard ($9K) and then Hydro-flush ($2k) to clear out all other roots from the rest of the main. 3 days later, my basement was flooded again from sewer back-up and the excavation had broken my water main. (Early May) MSD came out that day and augered my main sewer pipe, which cleared my basement of water. I went for almost a week without water before Jolly agreed to come fix my water main. Not only was the job super shotty, the entire process took months, because Jolly's inability to send plumbers that can do more than one thing. They never gave me a video of their job, even though they said they would.
  (Dec 2022) my main is filled with roots again, Jolly comes out and says fixing the entire front yard will cost $23k. Alex, the plumber then said "since you didn't have the whole yard done last time, it will be harder this time, and and it will probably cost more." "If you get the hydroflush to clear the pipes and then get then hire us to replace the rest of the pipes within a week, I'll take the hydroflush off your bill". He sounded like a used car salesman.
  I went with *** pipe repair. They hydroflushed and lined my sewer pipe for $6,800. They sent me videos from after the flush and then after the Lining installation. The whole process took 2 plumbers and 5 days total. It fixed the entire main pipe
  I later found out that Jolly offers pipe lining to customers, but they didn't offer it to me. Thats because the pipe lining would have been a fraction of the cost they wanted me to spend with a complete excavation.
