Beginning in February we contracted Bessler auto parts to find us a transmission for our 2015 jeep wrangler. From February through May in that time period they delivered 3. We did not have a successful install with any of them. One shifted into 4th and then dropped to 3rd. After the 3rd transmission we decided to part ways. Even though they stated they tested their transmissions, none were. With all our troubles besslers offered to pay $100 an hour in labor instead of the $50 an hour stated in contract. When it came time for them to settle up with the shop doing these installs besslers fell short. Their communication with shop was always very vague and short. Bessler sent the shop 2 checks for random amounts and no explanation. I called and spoke to Adam G******** at Bessler who agreed to pay the $100 an hour (mentioned in conversation over phone and in email) and he was very rude. Adam would mute me several times without explanation (I thought we lost connection) so I would say “hello?” and he would unmute me saying he’s there and just trying to get his bearings. I asked how much time he needed and he said a few min. I was placed on hold for 7 min. When he came back to me we started discussing one of the random checks sent to the shop and that check totaled the amount for two invoices. I mentioned the other invoice and how that one still needed to be paid and his response was “thank you ma’am” and my response was “you’re welcome sir”….he hung up on me. All I want to do is find out what the issue is as to why they aren’t settling up with the shop. A rebuilt transmission for the jeep won’t happen until the invoices are closed with shop. Bessler was ok to deal with up until the time to pay what they said they would and now there’s just complications. This needs to be taken care of. This has gone on for 4 months. It’s time to close the books.

Bessler has no past due balance with ********.  There were a few misunderstandings that have been cleared up with the shop.  **** ****, you may reach out to the installation shop directly moving forward.

    We have satisfied your request.
