    Deceitful marketing/ bait and switch and unsafe leaking product

    Your products are being carried at more and more stores now with very clear intentions to deceive a potential customer and then paying the same amount for a cheaper, watered down product.
    IE fireball malt and 99 brands “watermelon or bananas not 99 proof”

    Additionally the safety standards or handling of these products appear to be supbar as I have gotten leaky products which I do not feel are safe or suitable for consumption. I’d like my money back on several items given stores in California say they would not return even a full un opened product after taking it home and seeing the issues.

    The fireball was leaking upon opening a sealed 10 pack from ******* ******* and the 99 brands is a true scam given the same price for a lesser product.

    Stores of purchase refuse return of alcoholic beverages even unopened here in California. The local arch is the one selling the misleading “malt” beverages.

    consumer feedback seriously and upholds strict standards for product quality
    and labeling.

    Regarding
    the alleged deceitful marketing, we want to clarify that our products are
    labeled accurately in compliance with all applicable regulations. Our labels
    undergo thorough internal review and approval by government regulators to
    ensure that they provide consumers with transparent and accurate information
    about our products as required by law. We do not engage in deceptive marketing
    practices or "bait and switch" tactics.  There are spirits, malt and wine versions of
    our 99 Brand products and these contain different alcohol content to comply
    with various state laws.  This is reflected
    on the product labels (including in the photos of the products uploaded by the
    consumer).

    Additionally,
    we understand the concerns about leaky products, and we apologize for any
    inconvenience this may have caused. Our company maintains rigorous safety and
    quality standards throughout the production and handling process to ensure that
    our products reach consumers in optimal condition. However, if consumers
    encounter any issues with product leakage or safety, we encourage consumers to
    reach out to us directly at ***** ******** or **************** so that we can
    address the matter promptly and appropriately. 
    We thoroughly evaluate all quality and safety complaints to ensure
    product quality and integrity.

    Once
    again, we apologize for any inconvenience the consumer experienced and
    appreciate the feedback as it helps us continually improve our products and

    I am rejecting this response because:

    They did nothing to rectify the situation, a simple money grab and interestingly enough when you go to their website they do not even mention the lower than 99 proof items on their website. 

    Oddly enough it’s hidden on one random page and not marketed in any other fashion. 

    And I did timely call them about the leaky products as well as email with no email response.
