    We gave a deposit to company to complete fencing at our home. The deposit was given and no work has been completed. They have claimed that utilities company is the delay, however, I contacted them today and discovered the company did not enter any work ticket for the work. I have text/call them and my number is now blocked. I have sent an email requesting a refund at this point given they were being deceitful about the utilities and no work has been done and it's been 10 days since the work was suppose to start.

    We have paid a fence company to install a febce. We paid a down payment of $1,875. We have been told multiple times it will be finished. No one has came out to work on it at all or has let us know why and that they are not coming. We mentioned reporting them and they are still unresponsive to texts and calls trying to get them to come work on our fence that we paid for.

    I paid this fence installer $700 on 03/29/2024 as a down payment for a fence and we agreed to two separate installation dates and he did not show up for either one. I have demanded my refund back on 04/27/2024, 05/04/2024 and 05/16/2024 and each time he has told me my check is in the mail. He blocked me from trying to text him on 05/04/2024 to demand my refund and he falsely claimed he did not have my address to mail me my refund on 05/16/2024. He has had my address since 03/29/2024 (I have included a screenshot of the text on 03/29/2024 when I sent him my address for the location of where my fence would be installed) when I gave him my $700 deposit for a down payment on my fence installation. I simply want my $700 refund and this fence installer (his name is Roscoe) has not been honest about refunding me during this time. He even agreed with me on 05/17/2024 that he still owes me $700 (I have included a screenshot of him agreeing with me on 05/17/2024 that he still owes me $700). I have included a screenshot of my initial $700 deposit on my credit card and his confirmation on 05/17/2024 that he owes me $700 that he has not refunded me. I only want my $700 deposit back and I do not wish to do any further business with this fence installer.
