      I saw an advertisement on ******** for an event called Brick Fest Live in Oklahoma City, OK for December 10th-11th; I reviewed the website and saw posts on ******* with videos of the event, so I bought tickets for my wife and children. Upon further research I have seen many complaints on your website, looked at the Oklahoma City Convention Center website and it’s not even listed as a show on their calendar. When I reached out to cancel my tickets they claimed I had to select a special ticket protector to get a refund but that was not offered at that time. I have since gone back and they even changed pre-sale ticket dates. My bank claims they cannot help me, but at this point they need to be shut down to quit taking money from innocent families who are just looking to take their kids to an exciting event.
