    Date of transaction 11/4/24...did not start job for 18 days until 11/22/24. Job ended up being more than the original quote of $4482. Job ended up being $5782 which is $1300 more. Never installed toliets as I had a plumber do that and thank goodness. Instead of toliets he did fix down spout gutter that was loose and not part of original quote and also installed two bathroom exhaust fans and dryer vent. I supplied everything but the screws, caulk, lumber for deck. Had nice days/weather but didn't start until 11/22/24. Deck trim boards not cut correctly and then little wooden blocks wedged in to cover up mistake. I provide the stain for cabinets for bathroom vanity and paint. All he did was add a little touch up paint and never repaired the walls from the old medicine cabinets. Job was to repair deck and update two bathrooms with new sink tops, facets, lighting, repair drywall on walls from old bathroom fixtures that were removed. I first made contact concerning my dissatisfaction 13 days later when strong winds blew off the wooden blocks covering the shotty cutting job on the deck. I thought the bad caulking would settle and I was prepared to redo the drywall myself. I have asked for a detailed receipt justifying the expense of $5782 when I supplied everything but caulk, lumber for deck, screws, and drywall mud. I have aske for $1300 refund with no less then $900 and specific dates he will be here to repair if he chooses not to refund the portion I am asking. Job completed 12/18/24. When he installed my sink tops he did turn off the main water but failed to shut off the water heater at the breaker. I am blessed the heating element didn't burn out. This mistake lead to the water heater releasing hot water all over both of my bathroom floors and spewing into hallway and bedroom. I want a detailed receipt justifying the cost as it ended up being $1300 more and poor quality work.

    The things that have been complained about have been repaired and customer is happy with finished product as far as I am aware.
