      I have paid these people 3 separate times for the same bill. I keep getting confirmations by emails and notifications on their website that they have received my payment but it never shows up on their website. I have called 5 different times and every single time they want every detail of my personal information and account with them, then someone else from their company will call in the next day or two and ask for all of the same information all over again.

      Delta Natural Gas Company, Inc strives to excel in all
      customer relations.  After reviewing this
      customer account, we found that the complaint arose in September and was
      resolved in October.  There were several
      back and forth attempts to contact this customer.  We regret any inconvenience this may have
      caused.  After one of our CSR’s were able
      to walk the customer through the process of paying their bill online and helped
      to register the customer into their E-account, all issues have been resolved as
      far as we can see.
